Our Leadership
Eric joined our Leadership Team at Aquatic Management of Indianapolis in the fall of 2018. No stranger to aquatics, Eric began his love of swimming pools at an earlier age as a competitive swimmer. His passion and skill took him to the collegiate level where he excelled at Western Kentucky University. Eric obtained his degree in Parks & Recreation Administration and began managing swimming pools in 1998.
Eric has overseen swimming pool operations in Bowling Green, KY and Hilton Head Island, SC as Aquatics Director. Eric was the Head Swim Coach for Bluffton High School for the past 10 years with 8 Regional Championships under his leadership. Eric’s son also shares his father’s love of the water as a competitive swimmer, while Eric’s oldest daughter has begun her first year at Savannah College of Art & Design.
About Our Team
Aquatic Management of Indianapolis provides pool management, lifeguard staffing services and pool maintenance services across greater Indianapolis. We operate in the following areas: Indianapolis, Carmel, Noblesville, Fishers, Brownsburg, Frankfort, Anderson, Greenwood and surrounding areas.
Kassandra began her career with Aquatic Management of Indianapolis in March of 2022. Growing up in the Waterpark Capital of the World, Wisconsin Dells, WI, she has been in the Aquatics industry since she was 18 years of age. Kassandra began her career at a Waterpark resort as a slide attendant and worked her way to become an Aquatics Manager. In her current position, Kassandra is responsible for hiring all lifeguard and gate attendant staff for the Indianapolis area. Kassandra also works closely with the Regional Director to assist with teaching American Red Cross lifeguard classes. Kassandra has a passion for the aquatic industry and ensures that each location is safe, clean, and fun for all staff and pool patrons.
Heather grew up in Princes Lakes Indiana. Always in the water she swam for both Indian Creek and Franklin community high schools. After high school Heather received a BA in Clinical Psychology and spent 24 years in the healthcare field. She enjoys hiking, swimming, and spending time with her with family and rescue animals. Heather started her career with Aquatic Management in 2022, quickly moving up to Regional Director. Heather works closely with the leadership team to train lifeguards and facilitate smooth operations.
Haley has been with Aquatic Management of Indianapolis since 2020. She started as a Service Technician and has quickly worked her way up to Service Supervisor in a few short years. Haley is local to Indianapolis and graduated from her local high school, Decatur Central in 2014. She continued her education and obtained a major in general studies from Ivy Tech Community College in 2021. Haley helps oversee our pool service department with her strong organizational skills and knowledge of swimming pool operations.
Christian joined the Aquatic Management of Indianapolis team in 2021 as the company's pool repair technician. Seamlessly transitioning from the automotive sector to the pool industry, Christian has leveraged his maintenance expertise and deep understanding of intricate machinery to bring a unique blend of technical prowess to his role. With a commitment to delivering exceptional pool experiences for clients and their patrons, his responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving mechanical challenges, as well as helping to oversee our pool service department and general pool operations.
Our Safety Advisors
As part of The Pool Management Group network, our customers and employees receive the expertise of our internationally renowned Safety Advisors, Dr. Tom Griffiths and the team at Aquatic Safety Research Group. Their expertise is instilled throughout our risk reduction techniques and lifeguard training.
Dr. Griffiths was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame and is a Paragon Safety Award winner for his water safety efforts. He has been awarded the National Recreation and Park Association Distinguished Aquatic Service Award for a lifetime achievement and designated a European Lifeguard Academy Friend of the Academy for significant contributions to preventive Lifeguarding. Dr. Griffiths has also been named to “Who’s Who in Aquatics- The Top 100”, and “Power 25- Top 25 most powerful aquatics professionals in the World”, by Aquatics International Magazine.
Dr. Griffiths has authored more than 300 papers that have been published in scientific, professional and popular journals. He is an external reviewer for the American Red Cross Swimming and Diving publications.
