Bob Willard
President and General Manager

Bob’s career in aquatics spans over 17 years.  He has taught over 600 Health and Safety courses and serves on the Region IV Instructor Trainer Committee for the American Red Cross.  He has been an American Red Cross Instructor for the past 15 years and an Instructor Trainer for the past 6.  Bob is recognized as an industry expert and has been a presenter at local and regional water safety and aquatics conferences. 

Bob spent the last 7 years working as Operations Director for a swimming pool management company in northern Ohio.  During his tenure he never lost a customer due to poor service.  Bob prides himself in his responsiveness and providing excellent service to his customers.  He believes in keeping the lines of communication open, and being proactive to avoid potential problems or costly repairs. 

Bob believes that the foundation of business is trust and integrity, and looks forward to creating long term partnerships with his customers.
